Important dates and fee

Registration / Extended abstract submission deadline: March 21st, 2016

In the case of a larger number of applicants, participants will be selected on the basis of the submitted abstract.

Conference fee:
This year we introduce two payment deadlines:

First deadline: March 15th, 2016

Second deadline: March 31st, 2016

Full fee: 70€ (300 PLN) - paid before March 15th, 2016 or
100€ (400 PLN) - paid before March 31st, 2016

(included: lunches, coffee breaks, all social events, ship cruise on Oder River and conference materials)

Reduced fee: 35€ (150 PLN) - paid before March 15th, 2016 or
50€ (200 PLN) - paid before March 31st, 2016

(ship cruise on Oder River included, without social events and lunches)

Please, make your payment only after the abstract acceptance will be sent to you.

We strongly advise the participants to book their accommodation as soon as the abstract acceptance will be sent to you. (Venue and travel)
